Greyhound Recycling & Recovery, founded in 1997, is Ireland’s most experienced waste recovery operator. The company has links with international markets and exports dry waste and recyclables to Britain, Germany, India and China. Over the last five years the company has invested €25 million establishing Ireland’s largest Materials Recovery Facility at its headquarters in Dublin. An additional €10 million has been invested in a second Materials Recovery Facility in Limerick and a further facility in County Meath which produces bio-diesel from used cooking oil. The company has established nationwide partnerships providing total waste management solutions across both the private and public sectors. Greyhound will invest a further €50 million in research, development and territorial expansion over the next five years.
